-The katana bade is made of damascus folded steel in the ancient sword making method,Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional sword making method by DremSword.It has been repeatedly heat treated and smelted and pounded to remove the remain impurities of the carbon steel and better distribute the carbon to form the blank,which enhance the flexibility and hardness of the blade in a large degree and leave a visiable tenuous folded pattern on the blade,the Blue color was proceed to prevent from rusting will not fade away.The whole blade was well heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering) .Bo-hi (blood groove) is added to each side of the blade,lighten the blade,also balance it to achieve optimal performance.The tsuba is secured by two copper seppas,It is durable and stronger enough for pratise and cutting.It is also very good choice for Dojo students and collection, gifts and display,etc.
