-The katana bade is made of damascus folded steel in the ancient sword making method with a full length Tang greatly enhances the strength of the sword while swung,smelted and pounded to fold 13 times to creat 8192 layers ,remove the remain impurities of the carbon steel and better distribute the carbon to form the blank,which enhance the flexibility and hardness of the blade in a large degree and leave a visiable folded pattern on the blade.The blade was Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional sword making method by DremSword.The whole blade was hardened and flexible by heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering).
The Bo-hi(blood groove) is hand carved feature a arc-shaped at the top of the blade near the tsuba,while
triangle shape at the end of the Hi near the kissika,bo-hi was added to each side of the blade,lighten the blade,also balance it to achieve optimal performance.The katana is truely battle ready,durable and stronger enough,it also can be a collection or as a gift to your friends.
-The tsuba set is made of high quality brass with golded and silvery treated in the most traditional Japanese methord which has a high value for the collection,the saya is made by hardwood and half wrapped with Genuine Rayskin wrapping,the kurigata,koi-kuchi and koijiri are made of ox horn,the whole sword are finished in a high quality and with a very cost-effective price.
