-The katana bade is made of damascus folded steel in the ancient sword making method with a full length Tang greatly enhances the strength of the sword while swung,smelted and pounded to fold 13 times to creat 8192 layers ,remove the remain impurities of the carbon steel and better distribute the carbon to form the blank,which enhance the flexibility and hardness of the blade in a large degree and leave a visiable folded pattern on the blade ,Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional sword making method by DremSword.The blade was well heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering).The black&red color was proceed to prevent from rusting will not fade away.Bo-hi (blood groove) is added to each side of the blade,lighten the blade ,also balance it to achieve optimal performance.The tsuba set is made of Brass with very well golden and slivery treated which has a high value for the collection.This katana is durable and stronger enough for pratise and cutting tameshigiri, bamboo, bones, iron wire, etc,perfect for gift or collection.
