-The bamboo katana sword is designed for real battle,cutting and practise,the blade is made of Damascus folded steel which is folded by 1095 and 1060 high carbon steel in the ancient sword making method with a full length Tang greatly enhances the strength of the sword while swung,smelted and pounded to fold 13 times to creat 8192 layers ,remove the remain impurities of the carbon steel and better distribute the carbon to form the blank,leave a visiable tenuous folded pattern on the blade,the red and black color was proceed to prevent from rusting.Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional sword making method by DremSword.The blade was well heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering) which cast flexibility and hardness of the blade in a large degree.Bo-hi (blood groove) is added to each side of the blade,lighten the blade ,also balance it to achieve optimal performance.It is very suitable for iaido and kendo superior,durable and stronger enough for pratise and cutting tameshigiri,bamboo,bones,iron wire,etc.
