-The katana blade is made of damascus folded steel in the ancient sword making method with a full length Tang greatly enhances the strength of the sword while swung,smelted and pounded to fold 13 times to creat 8192 layers ,remove the remain impurities of the carbon steel and better distribute the carbon to form the blank,which enhance the flexibility and hardness of the blade in a large degree and leave a visiable folded pattern on the blade,the red and black color was proceed to prevent from rusting which will not fade away,the hamon on the blade was result from hand polished and hand-abrasived.The blade was Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional sword making method by DremSword.The whole blade was hardened and flexible by heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering).This blade has no bo-hi (blood groove) which can enhance its strength and cutting power.The sword is very suitable for collecting, iaido and kendo superior,durable and stronger enough for pratise and cutting tameshigiri,bamboo,bones,iron wire,etc.it also can be a collection or as a gift to your friends.
