-The katana sword is made of folded steel in Maru structure and ,smelted and pounded to fold 13 times to creat 8192 layers,remove the remain impurities of the carbon steel and better distribute the carbon to form the blank, which enhance the flexibility and hardness of the blade in a large degree ,Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional sword making method by DremSword.The blade was well heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering) .Bo-hi (blood groove) is added to each side of the blade,lighten the blade ,also balance it to achieve optimal performance.
