-The katana sword is made of shihozume structure steel with full clay tempered ( Diferential hardening) come with a full length Tang greatly enhances the strength of the sword while swung.Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional sword making method.
-The shihozume structure steel was result from four different kinds of steel.The edge part is 1095 high carbon steel, iron is the core of the blade, middle strength material 1060 steel located on the the MUNE(back of the blade), the 13 times forged folded steel distributes on the both side of the blade.Making a very hard Edge and better flexibility,without any damage when heavy cutting.
-Dremsword also applied a different thicknesses of clay to the edge and spine(back) of the blade respectively to control the rate at which the blades cools when quenching,turn into a harder edge and softer back.A beautiful real SUGUHA hamon was appeared on the blade(quenching and tempering).This blade has no bo-hi (blood groove) which can enhance its strength and cutting power.
-The blade was hand polished and abrasive by HAZUYA (a very thin Uchigumori stone on a paper backing) which is soft against the steel and bring up the hamon.
-The tsuba set is made of Brass with very well golden treated which has a high value for the collection.The saya is hand made by hardwood and put them through hacking,slotting, gluing, polishing and shaping treatment,and design proper degree of tightness for the sword blade to enter and out.The kurigata,koi-kuchi and koijiri are made of ox horn.
-The katana is a top quality Authentic handmade production.
